They can't seem to prepare a drink correctly. All I wanted was a dulce de leche latte, but I watched them make it using just milk and a single shot of espresso—without any flavor at all. I ended up going back five times for them to remake it, but they got it wrong each time. I even showed them the correct amounts for the pumps and shots, yet they still made it incorrectly. They really need to retrain all their employees. The manager was there as well, but she wasn't helpful at all and didn’t take any initiative to resolve the issue or engage with the employees. She just apologized while sitting down and talking with the staff. I work in the mall and visit Starbucks frequently, but it seems that they don’t care at all, including the manager.

Whoever is in charge of the new hires recently, need to be fired along with them. Said hires willingly and by choice applied to SERVE so yall need to teach your employees to do it respectfully and correctly … I kept giving this location a chance but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed, without fail, the last few times I’ve been here. Dunkin is definitely more deserving of my money

Whenever I ask for iced waters the workers always give me a nasty side eye right after. The tik toks are so true LOL Starbucks workers when they gotta do something 🤣🤣 the only nice one is the girl with long black and red hair!

So my husband, son, and I ordered 2 frappuccinos and 2 cake pops. The total was OVER $20. Which is the world we now live in I guess- 20 bucks for 2 drinks and 2 little snacks. You expect this however when you walk into any Starbucks. HOWever, what we were NOT expecting- our $100 dollar bill to be turned away. If you’re going to charge astronomical prices, maybe it’s time you TRAIN YOUR STAFF, how to detect fake bills…. I worked for years in banking… it’s not an impossible endeavor. I am appalled.

Definitely cannot complain about this Starbucks every time we order on the app are order is ready when we walk in. It's never been sitting too long. It's never cold or food is always hot. They definitely have the timing down perfect! The staff is always so friendly. They know our orders by heart before we even walk in. That's how often we are there

Latte was outstanding, however, the customer service was subpar. Called my name, quickly put my drink on the mobile counter, and that was it. I would expect this from a fast food establishment but not Starbucks.

Your drive through ordering procedure is ridiculous, having someone stand outside with out a menu and they tell you we can’t see the menu screen before ordering. Then saying there is “pretty much nothing” to see is asinine. Give your employee a tablet like chic fil a or don’t make someone who doesn’t know or have the menu and let us use the damn ordering screen menu!
