Disappointed they’re not doing the little messages written on the cup. I see other locations are doing it.

Employee Took my debit card yesterday through drive thru and was never returned. Tried calling back yesterday and was told employees aren’t supposed to take your card when transactions are made via drive thru. Spoke to the manager today and he told me all he could recommend was to “cancel my card” and can’t check cameras.

Super slow with making drinks. They need to work on their customers service . No greetings upon walking into the store and I asked one of the female for some extra milk for my coffee she just looked and me and continued making her slow drinks.

I waited, waited, and waited some more until someone said they would assist me soon.
When the person came to the front counter, she assisted someone who had just walked in the door. When I said excuse me, I've been waiting... She said this was a mobile order, and I turned and walked out the door. I will never visit this store again.

Came in this morning for a latte. Ordered before 2 other customers and they received their order and left. I was still waiting after 15-20 mins. I told the barista and she had an attitude. The latte was great however customer service was not.

Today I added the Starbucks app on my phone for the very first time. I planned to get a Pink Drink for my daughter and myself. I walked into this location in the Stop & Shop Shopping Center off of Rt. 9 in Lakewood. The two employees were busy filling orders, 1 Black and 1 White. I patiently waited, all the while being ignored. A young lady walked in and stood behind me, also waiting. Not one of the clerks bothered to acknowledge my presence, and I stood there patiently. I moved closer to where the 1 employee was busy making drinks. I was still ignored, as she moved away to another position. Finally, the lady standing behind me left. I also exited, still without a word. This all transpired in the last few minutes. My first introduction to Starbucks was not a good one, to say the least. I did not get the Mother's Day special today for my daughter and myself, but it wasn't due to lack of patiently trying. Ordinarily, an employee would turn to a customer and say, "We'll be right with you in a moment." Not here, unfortunately.

This is a good Starbucks, comfortable seating and upgraded in the last couple of years. Challenge is exiting the parking lot. Only way out is a single exit for the shopping center and at busy times it is hard to get out of parking lot with traffic. Coffee and food is typical good Starbucks.

Prices are actually quite competitive (only slightly higher than Dunkin) and quality far surpasses competition. Customer service at this particular location is very hit or miss, but the drinks seem to be made mostly properly.

No, there is no dine-in here. The advertising is incorrect.
