I had ordered a pink drink and the girl at the drive thru said they had ran out of the strawberry açaí that s used to make the pink drink so I’m like okay we can get the mango dragon fruit refresher she had suggested. I pull up to the window to get my order to receive lemonade with ice. They tell me it taste just the same and that they had no dragon fruit cubes. Just annoyed at the fact that I wasn’t told from the start they had ran out of the dragon fruit as well and I’m paying for it. Name was Rachel, second time this happens it’s getting out of hand.

Great Starbucks location. The staff is excellent. I ordered a matcha and there was a super cute saying on it that made me smile. It was so cute it made my day. It was also delicious! Thank you!

Came here through the drive through, ordered a Frappuccino with great service and nice people. but later got a melted drink that didn’t even have any ice in it. I guess they don’t know how to do their job or they let it melt for too long. now sitting here hungry bc i wanted ice in my drink.

Went inside for a drink with my wife since the drive thru was busy. There was no one in the line, so we ordered 2 drinks, and maybe 3 mins later, people started to go inside. We waited 20 mins for a caramel frap. Meanwhile, people who ordered their drinks after us at the register were getting their drinks first. It wasn't until we asked RAE about our drinks when she said they were a little behind and trying to catch up. So why are the people after us getting their drinks first? She ignored us and walked away. Those who ordered after we did and left before we did, some had 3 different kinds of drinks, and some had 4. Not acceptable, not happy. 20 mins waiting for 2 drinks?Do better !!!!

Drinks are usually made correctly but do suffer from being one of the busier locations due to being the only starbucks drive thru in that area.

It's a starbucks, it's everything you'd expect. Friendly helpful staff with at least one token LGBTQIA staff member. Drinks are good but way overpriced. Atmosphere is that similar to a library as many people are there for the WiFi. The three stars is for the severely deficient parking situation.

I've gotten my coffee from this location multiple times. At least one out of every two times. The cap is not on the coffee correctly. Today is the fourth time that I've spilled coffee all over myself and my car and had to be late to work cuz I had to drive home and change first...the Worst!!!!!!

I hate the coffee. It's very very pricey and it tastes burnt. It's definitely not good quality. They are just the same and very franchise-esque. The employees are okay. Trained the same across the board and the atmosphere. Just kind of sucks. It's just not a cafe. Doesn't make you feel comfortable to do work in there or or kind of have your your leisurely meetings

The most rude and miserable Starbucks staff I’ve ever experienced. I go back every time thinking it will be better and they get even nastier. All I do is place a mobile order and say thank you. I don’t get it?
