Almost never get my order right maybe once a week they will get it right but they do get very busy 🤷

It's a few months later now and still the same thing I think I may have got my order right here once in the last months and all I got was a salted caramel cold brew with a caramel drizel they never put salt in the foam and they alway forget the drizzle

99% of the time, this Starbucks is great. They are friendly, make you feel welcomed and they get things right. Then there’s that 1% of the time like today where they really frustrate me. I have a very specific order, Venti Strawberry refresher, light ice light water. For some reason, Starbucks removed the “light water” choice within the app. So now when I order ahead, i pay more for the “no water, extra base”. Today, like every other day i ordered the same thing as always...
