The order was made incorrectly and took 17 minutes to make 2 refresher drinks and 2 cake pops. Ingredients were missing for the drinks and nothing was said until the drinks were given to us with the missing items.

Every time I’ve come here they mess up my drink so bad. Whenever I ask for a new one they refuse or give rude attitude. I don’t understand why they make such a problem about remaking drinks when every other Starbucks I’ve been to is so nice about it. Clearly says on the ticket what I got ??\\u200d♀️

Friendly staff, she was a breath of fresh air at this mornings drive thru! My daughter was on speaker phone with me and she manages 2 of these stores and the first thing she stated was, who is that lady I want her. Thank you for the uplifting smile and awesome coffee
