Trying to order was ridiculous. Is it hard to just get a damn chicken burrito from this place. It isnt a language barrier its the staff not having pride in their work no matter what the job entails.

Worst Taco Bell of all time! They messed up my order last time. Then we were supposed to get a free item my husband waited over an hour for it and then it wasn’t even made then I asked to speak to a manager the nasty girl said some lady want to speak to you he wouldn’t even get on the phone with me! They are the nastiest most u professional staff I’ve ever in my life dealt with

Let me start by saying I usually love Taco Bell—it's my go-to guilty pleasure. But after tonight’s experience, let’s just say the craving is gone, and so is my patience. I pulled up to the drive-thru excited for my Crunchwrap, but instead of being greeted with basic decency, I got served a whole lot of attitude with a side of disrespect.
The lady taking orders clearly woke up and chose violence. She was rude from the jump—snapping at me like I was wasting her time. And to top it all off? She had the absolute audacity to call me ugly. Ma’am, are you serious? First of all, you’re working the late shift at Taco Bell, so maybe keep the insults to yourself. Second, if I wanted to be roasted, I would’ve gone to Twitter, not the drive-thru.
I really hope she finds some peace and professionalism because that energy was toxic. Enjoy working fast food for the rest of your life if that’s the attitude you’re bringing to the window.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered my burrito had the wrong ingredients—like, not even close to what I ordered. I asked for no beans, and guess what? It was 95% beans. And the fries? They were upside down in the bag, like someone just launched them in there during a fit of rage. Soggy, cold, and sad. Kind of like the customer service I received.
I hate that one person’s bad attitude soured my whole experience, but unfortunately, it did. Taco Bell, please do better—your food might be fire, but your customer service was cold

Precisely 3 stars. Any more and I would think it was a Del Taco. Any less and this picture wouldn't exist.
