i ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito on the app & i removed the chipotle sauce and added jalapeno sauce and paid the .50 up-charge for it bc i don’t like the chipotle sauce. when i got home and took a bite or my burrito there was a lot of chipotle sauce so we called and explained and they told us to come back through the drive through and we came back and they gave us 3 coupons for free tacos and gave me the right burrito. i always order on the app and 9/10 they...
