Terrible outcome for night. Went becaue haven’t had it in months got drunk out it in car came back to drink and almost full cup of soda in my cup holders nice no refund or anything. Still sticky today.

The drive thru employee seemed irritated with us from the start, rushing our order despite us just pulling up to window. The crunch wrap was mostly tortilla, it had hardly any filling. The chicken cantina burrito was only folded on one side so filling completely slid out and the crunchy taco was straight up crushed. He filled the drink only 75% of the way and when I asked him to finish filling it, he topped it off with water. The quesadilla and fries were okay at least.

Girl in the drive thru window was miserable very rude and while paying doesn’t look at you she definitely shouldn’t be working the drive thru sticks her hand out for me to pay but didn’t say a word very rude will not be back !

I have given this Taco Bell multiple chances, but they consistently disappoint. Every time I visit, they manage to get my order wrong. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct items. This has happened so frequently that it’s become a pattern. The staff doesn’t seem to care about the mistakes. When I go back to get my order corrected, there’s no apology or sense of urgency to fix the problem.

If you live in the areas surrounding Rte. 37 in TomsRiver. Hands down worth the extra 10 or 15-minute drive to this Taco Bell rather than the Taco Bell in the Walmart parking lot. Fresher, faster, & they actually get your order right the 1st time. Unlike the Walmart parking lot Taco Bell who can't even get your order correct after the 2nd & orb3rd time. COME ON! FOUND 2 HAIRS IN THE MEAT PART OF THE CHAPULA IN THE BOX I ORDERED. I WAS PHYSICALLY SICK. THEN THREW IT ALL AWAY! THE MANAGER SAID SORRY AND "WROTE" MY NAME DOWN TO MAKE IT RIGHT - OF COURSE THEY COULDN'T FIND MY NAME. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE
