Placed an order using the Taco-tastic website. Pickup location was the one on Rt 37. Order went thru, credit card charged. Went to pick it up and there was a sign on the window, "closed today"

Then just this week order placed via grubhub. Order confirmed, card charged, went to pick it up from the Main St location and this time they had not received the order from Grub Hub(so I was told).

Person at the counter was unconcerned and so seems the owner.

It's a shame because we like the food.

Prior to posting this I tried contacting the owner to discuss these issues. Haven't heard back.

My husband and I were picking up an order for Doordash. We had been out and about all evening, and my husband needed to use the bathroom. As he was walking to the bathroom, one of the employees was coming out and blocked him from going in while asking him if he was a driver. When he responded yes, he was then told, "Drivers can't use my bathroom." My husband replied, "Please, man, I need to go to the bathroom." He was still told no. This is a shameful way to treat a human being, let alone someone who is delivering food for your customers. Not only did we log a complaint with Doordash about this location, we spoke with the Fischer Blvd. location, and they sounded embarrassed to be receiving this feedback. We have never had an issue at any other pick-up locations when we used their facilites, until tonight. I have read other reviews and have been shocked by the response that says it is from the owner. I truly hope that the customers who wittnessed the situation this evening think twice about returning.

Used to really love this place:( stopped serving chorizo??? What Mexican place doesn’t sell chorizo? Increasing prices(every other place is cheaper now), messed up orders a lot, and removing items, just wont be going back again

Great addition to Downtown TR's lineup of eateries. The tacos are fantastic. Mexican fries are amazing. I've also never had a Mexican hotdog before and it's a great addition to the menu. The food is always fresh and delicious!

dry pork. horrible quality food. disappointed the 1st time we went I got the burrito... dry and sad for 13 bucks. go a second time.. girl at the window can't understand me. we bought 2 things we didn't want and my burrito sucked again. the management and owner sucks and they're nasty to customers just look at all the reviews. I'm so disappointed because I looked forward to tacotastic but they just tacosuck. don't be conned out of your money and experience one of the most embarrassing displays of Mexican food. my wife enjoyed her empanadas

Really a shame because my family and I enjoyed the food whenever we had a few extra dollars to treat ourselves. I placed an $80 order and showed up with the loyalty punch cards and was denied our free meal. No expiration date on them, owner was called personally and declined to honor it. Will NOT be supporting this local business anymore. $80 goes further at Taco Bell anyway.

Used to like their food but over the last two months, it's really gone downhill. I can tell they hired new people but since then I've had three messed up orders and the food hasn't been nearly as good. The last time I ordered I got a small bag of chips that was only about 10 chips and there was a piece of something in my chicken. I stopped eating after that and will never go back.
