I ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. They were delicious. They provide coffee for free with the purchase of a sandwich, but the coffee was horrible. I would actually describe the coffee as inedible. Other than that, the service was good.

This is the second time they messed up my phone order. Then when I called and told them they told me that I ordered something other than what I really ordered, even though the kid confirmed with me what I was ordering. Really bad customer service blaming the customer for their screw up! They have lost a customer over an $8 breakfast sandwich.

Horrible place!! DO NOT GO HERE. I asked for a non toasted bagel and the owner had the nerve to tell me she cannot serve me an untoasted bagel that all her bagels are only toasted and refused to remake my bagel. Told me I should buy a bagel and make it at my house. HAH! What a joke of an owner. Terrible customer service and horrible ownership do not go here you are wasting your money and time.

Been coming here for about a year now, and Terry's Bagels have yet to disappoint. They're always fresh, soft with a crispy outer layer. Service is always super friendly too which is a plus. Definitely give them a try of you're in the area!!
