Would have gladly given an overall five stars if it were not for the service coverage problem and that expensive TGIF LIT drink with only two healthy sips from my straw and it was gone, a $10+ drink ? gone in two sips with straw. It should be more plentiful than that. Especially that price point.To Clarify about Service, I’m not complaining about the Bartender/Server, Sue was just fine. It was her overwhelming coverage of customers that was my grief. I sat at the bar with only 3 guys already into their meals. Sue was not behind the bar as she was waiting/checking on the some 5 tables all full of patrons. It was lunch ? time and to much coverage for her. Not her fault. She needed another body. Typically a Bartender approaches one in less then a minute. I was not greeted for 5+. But again, Sue was delightful! Not her problem, Mgnt problem.2nd drink ? was a beer this time, crisp, clean, extremely tasty ? n COLD !!!Opted for their new menu item: Swiss ? Mushroom ? burger ? for short. I added Avocado ?, fresh n plentiful. Cooked to PRRFECTION, juicy n on the money ? medium-rare. The saying w/ burger’s is “it’s all about the bread…”, well TGIF wisely does not play w/Wonder buns, they creatively select “Challah” buns, an incredible Jewish kosher delight! Best burger ? I’ve devoured in a long time, juicy n slid down my throat….Went with healthy Caesar side salad ? over fries n that was dead-on as well. Sue got that to me as an app while the. Burger was cooking, great thinking ? and/or policy!Again, all employees did their very best n performed well! Polite n friendly. Hostess blond hair helped Sue clear table plates when not seating patrons. Floating Dining Spvr etc floated the establishment as trained.Keep it up TGIF!

My recent visit to Friday's was a complete disappointment, especially considering the fond memories I've had there in the past. Bringing my entire family along only added to the disappointment as Friday's failed to meet even the most basic expectations.Let's start with the portions – they were abysmally small, leaving us feeling hungry and dissatisfied. Even worse, they've discontinued kids cheeseburgers, which used to be a staple for family outings. To add insult to injury, they didn't even have lids for the kids' cups, making the dining experience chaotic and messy.Now, onto the main courses. I ordered the whisky glazed chicken breasts, expecting a flavorful and satisfying dish. Instead, what I received was a pitifully thin piece of chicken drowned in an overpowering sauce that was so spicy I couldn't even finish it. The lack of balance and finesse in the dish was disappointing, to say the least.But the disappointment didn't end there. My mother's soup arrived ice cold, indicating a complete lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. And to top it all off, my wife's burger, ordered as medium, arrived at the table well-done and dry as cardboard. It's clear that Friday's has lost its touch when it comes to delivering quality food.To make matters worse, while our waitress was pleasant and attentive, her efforts couldn't salvage the dismal meal we were served. It's truly disheartening when even excellent service can't compensate for subpar food quality. Overall, Friday's failed to deliver on every front, from portion sizes to dish execution, leaving us deeply disappointed and unlikely to return.

Nice layout has been updated versus other locations, nice selection of drinks and good prices. We had the full rack of ribs 2 orders,both cooked very well they were juicy,tasteful and pull right off the bone. Try the spicy orange sauce it is a go to for me now!! They have certain happy hour drinks all day which is a plus. Service was quick and attentive and friendly. We will be back soon!!!

I usually fine herewith my wife every Saturday and some days of the week here and there, for the most part it's a good experience, food it's not always 100% I guess it depends who is cooking that day, but rarely disappointed with the place, love their onion rings though... Waitress was a sweetheart. Food was good. Portion sizes okay.Didn't love the "new appetizer" menu. (We had to order three "orders" of potstickers, for three people). I understand the single serving idea but, perhaps a 2 to 4 person order option would more fun for sharing).Drinks were good although the blood orange margarita, didn't taste very orangey. It tasted like a regular margarita, which was good but not what expected.
