Went there today never again .,.I sat to eat pizza with my 2 small children.. big girl behind the counter says my child can't eat the bagel that she wanted ( she's a picky eater) ..I said fine may i have my money back ..since the pizza was stiLl being heated up ..the people behind the counter tols me i could not even though I never touched the pizza, it was still in the oven they kept all my money to feed my kids and I'm a single mom on a budget ..what horrible service..I have been eating there for 25 years and order from them a lot ..NEVER AGAIN SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE my toddler was not bothering you ..and you stole my money bc you placed the pizza right back on the tray.liers and thieves...

When they made the pasta wrong (didn’t make gluten free when we paid more), they wanted it back and we had to go pick it up a new meal instead of sending someone out to deliver it. Their website directs you to DoorDash and can’t order delivery any other way. The quality of this place has gone way down. Was a 20+ customer. Not anymore.

We have had so many amazing meals at Tony’s Pasta House that we thought we’d try having food catered for a party. It did not disappoint. Chicken parm was thin, crispy and had layers of delicious mozzarella. The penne vodka was perfectly cooked and we even had extra sauce given to us. You can never go wrong with their fresh rosemary bread. Bring a bottle of wine and get ready to enjoy a wonderful meal.

Tried to get a table on Memorial Day while wearing my veteran hat. Manager yelled we need a reservation for 10 people. I told him I called the day before and was told I did not need a reservation. He told me I never called basically saying I was lying. We walked out went to Charlies Pizza instead. We emailed the owner he never responded guess they don't understand good service.

Prices went up, quality went down. I rather go to Papa Johns and pay half the price for better quality pizza. They are adding smaller lower quality pieces of toppings and also less pieces of toppings.They also overcharged me, always check your receipt.This is why restaurants are going bankrupt. Not coming here ever again.

I went in there with a friend and our kids Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced , apparently it’s “policy” you HAD to buy 2 pies of pizza!! they refused to sell me 2liter sodas with it I just had to walk out. Don’t recommend this place at all too many rules for some food ?

Extremely disappointed by the customer service, or lack there of, we received tonight. My family and i have been coming here for a while now to celebrate multiple birthdays, and even order take out from time to time. Well I can say that tonight Was the last time for all of us. We ordered an extra large gourmet vodka pie which was one of our favorites here through the slice app. When we received the pizza it was a regular large plain cheese pizza, a cold one as well. We contacted slice to let them know we think there was a mix up with our order and would like some money back since we spent almost $30 for a gourmet vodka and received a $16.96 plain pie. After slice contacted the restaurant, they responded to us and told us that the restaurant refused to authorize any money back or compensation for the mixup because “they did make the vodka pizza”. I responded to slice saying are you joking? We even had pictures for proof and still no compensation was offered for their mistake. Slice stated that they reached out again but they said they got the order right and sent out the right pie. They may have gained an extra $13 by not partially refunding me, but they just lost a lot more business by the way this situation was handled. We will not be returning and I don’t suggest you do either.

Just had a wonderful dinner eggplant rollatini, chicken Murphy, chicken alfredo, all was very flavorful. It's been a long time that we have had a great tasting meal out at a restaurant. Waitress was very kind and nice. Highly recommended. Oh price was not bad at all..
