I’ve only been to this location twice and have had an awful experience both times! First time there was some guy in the drive thru who barely spoke English to the point where he messed the order up on 3 different occasions. When I went back to try and tell him what was wrong he was lost and confused. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, I ordered a medium drink and got small, and then I ordered a burger with bacon and it came no bacon. When I said something about the burger instead of offering a remake like most places he offered me two small pieces of bacon on the side. I said I wasn’t going bakc there, then today I had a longer then expected shift at work. When I got off the only thing one was Wendy’s. I orders two things a biggie bag and then 3 tenders. Once I said I wanted to add tenders I very loud and rude “OMFG” came through the mic. Not sure what type of business is being run there but it needs to get addressed.

NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION!! It’s an absolute mess! Waited 30 mins in the drive thru lane to pick up my online order. I had to end up going inside and waited an additional 45 mins!! All that just to get the wrong order. I asked for a manager 10 times and no one came. They only had one person working on all of the orders and no one to help them. I don’t get how this location is still up and running with all of the terrible reviews and horrible staff/management. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Went to get food weren’t open when they were suppose to be. They closed early I’m assuming staff didn’t want to work anymore. So sad that this is what businesses have turned into.

Went in for kids meal and took 35min . Door dash must be killing it because the customers here are pushed to wait . Wendy's needs a seperate cook/kitchen for drive thru a seperate cook kitchen for door dash/ and seperate kitchen/cook for customers dining in This is absolutely insane!unacceptable ? never again!! Our frostys sat next to cooking food behind counter while atleast 8 other people were served and we were standing there waiting ....

Honestly terrible . Every time I go there it is the longest wait , I’m talking 15-20 minutes solid . Then if you get this one guy he’s always telling me to reverse and pull forward to close the window . Not a huge deal but really annoying . I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving . I get there and they said they JUST received my order . I tried to cancel but because they accepted it I had to call , wait on hold for 17 minutes only to be told that someone was calling me back with my refund …

Good burgers and fries, but... the FROSTIES are Awesome! We get Frosties all the time, especially now that we can get the small ones for a dollar. They're always a favorite.

So I’m an active member in the Wendy’s community but tonight my hospitality and kindness towards this establishment has plummeted. I just called to ask if we could have them deliver and pay with cash we ain’t got no card and the words we are greeted with are “do you want to talk to the cops because I know this is a prank call” we had no malicious intent and only wanted some of Dave’s delectable and voluptuous meat. We are extremely dumbfounded in the heat of the moment and call to sincerely apologize for our presence and ask again, where the operator then became enraged with fury and malicious intent. If you get this diehard Wendy’s employee, I pray for you.

Never order here I got 2 10 pc SPICY nuggets meals and and one came with all spice nuggets which is expected and the other one came with regular nuggets and they were all stale and cold never order from here if you care for your money ?
