If I could give this Wendy’s a negative rating I absolutely would. Everytime I order from this place through DoorDash everything is always wrong inside the bag but correct on the receipt. I just ordered today and got a happy meal for my 1 year old. When I opened it there was no drink or even chicken nuggets it was just a bag with fries. My husband ordered Dave’s double combo and a side order of nuggets, the burger was just two pieces of meat on bread with nothing else, the fries were missing and so were the nuggets. I called to complain to the store after I contacted DoorDash and the manager was extremely nasty and then hung up on me. It took everything in me to not go to the store itself. I would recommend people stay away from that place.

Absolutely disgusting… had hair and fuzz on my fries np brought them back in got fresh ones … eating my chicken nuggets and there’s hair IN the nuggets brought it back for a total refund of whole order not one sorry apology or anything horrible

Your employees need more training can figure how to scan a QR code for the app and can't run a credit card through I use my card right next door to them at dunkin' donuts and no problem using the card after they couldn't figure out how to use a credit card. I went down to Wawa and I got two hamburgers down there which were bigger and cheaper and use the card at Wawa no problem. Why is there always a problem at this Wendy's maybe it's the people that they hire. They don't understand how to do things or they're lazy

I am very disappointed with this location. I order from Wendy’s quite often, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Their night staff was goofy off, and had us pull forwards. I figured this was because they had needed time to make our food, but when they brought our food out it was all cold. On top of being cold, they gave us the wrong sandwich and the other sandwich they got was incorrect. I have worked in fast food before and I understanding making a mistake, but this was ridiculous. If you plan to go here i recommend during the day. The night shift doesn’t have it together.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Last evening I ordered a Dave’s double with cheese and small fries. Cost $11.00. Three and 1/2 hours later, I spent the night vomiting from food poisoning. Obviously, bad meat. Never again will I ever go to ANY Wendy’s.

I personally have not had any bad experience here yet but my mom has went here and when she walked inside to ask a question the woman behind the counter goes “what’s your problem?” In a nasty tone before she could even say anything. My fiancé goes today to pick food up for us while I’m home with our baby and he says the worker in the drive through was nasty to him and then he comes home with missing food. All I can say is this is why these people work at these places. Better fix their attitudes before going elsewhere because nowhere else is going to accept that unless it’s another fast food place.
