In less than a week I've been to the White Castle in Toms River NJ. Each time that I've been there I've ordered the #1 without cheese they even responded back verbally no cheese and when the total for the order shows no cheese. Some how there is a big disconnect between placing my order and getting my order. Everytime I ended up getting the order with cheese. I guess I'll have to start checking the order before leaving the window even if they are slow and there is a line.

Awesome location! Ordered online for in restaurant pickup. All the food was ready and hot! Friendly staff as well.Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are delicious and quite frankly larger than the regular meat patties

This location really needs some overhaul, both in décor and in staff.I ordered a crave case with no onions or pickles and they asked if it was okay to just scrape off the onions. That's fine, but this is the first time I've ever had a White Castle be too lazy to cook a fresh batch of burgers. It also took a very long time to be ready, despite not cooking fresh burgers. I will say that the food was as good as any other White Castle I have been to.The dining room was very dirty, and the drink machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months. The store wasn't even busy when we rolled up, so I'm not sure why it was in the state it was in.I can't really recommend this location based on my experience. While the food was still good, it was just a very bad vibe.

Toms River has the absolute best staff. Super helpful for us vegans who just want a quick fast food meal like everyone else. Our Impossible sliders are always fresh, and the fries hot and delicious. And our drive through attendant took the time to look through all the sauces and dips to make sure we had vegan options! ?
In n Out of the East. 1912 sliders are superb.
