I was the manager at an ice cream parlor for 8+ years and could not believe the service here. The woman owner was unbelievably rude from the second we walked in. I asked for a sample and she all but yelled at me. I got a cup with sprinkles. The sprinkles were stale so I simply asked for a new cup without toppings and got major attitude telling me that I could make a new cup but would have to pay. I will never go here again. I will make the drive to Manahawkin to give them my service any day instead of this terrible woman….. fast forward 20 minutes after I left the review the man owner SCREAMED at me from across the parking lot for the review. No words.

I have never left a 1-star review before, but my experience here was unbelievably unpleasant. The frozen yogurt itself was fine, but the woman who I believe is the owner was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. She spoke to me in an unwelcoming, condescending tone, and acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. It completely ruined the experience. With so many other frozen yogurt shops around that treat their customers with basic kindness and respect, I won’t be returning here — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
