Awful experience!! 🤮 We went with 7 friends, we got there and we all ordered food and drinks. Once we sat in the table one random girl came and asked us to buy the table or otherwise we will have to move. To be at the table was 900$ she gave us other options, like 400$ or 350$ We were like “is it reserved?” And she was no, but you have to pay to be in this table. No one told us that when we were sitting and we were literally the first people getting there, many people left because of that. The way they treated us was rude, it wasn’t because of the money, they were just jerks. Oh and the place was empty btw 🙄

Had a terrible time during the Halloween event. Stood in line forever because they were letting people pay cash to get a table or pay extra to skip the line. what was the point of online ticket sales then? took forever to reach the front and I was told the tickets I purchased online was counterfeit and was told I could pay cash to get in or leave. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve always loved coming here to dance for the past two years. Great music, friendly bouncers, and the female bartenders by the dance floor are always so welcoming! BUT there’s two new girls at the middle bar (both with curly hair, one very skinny) who give terrible service. I ordered a shot of tito’s and was told $8, then they suddenly changed it to $10 and gave me attitude when I asked why. They clearly prioritize male customers and act unprofessional toward women. Stop flirting with the guys and just do your job! Professionalism should apply to everyone.

We bought our tickets online for the Halloween party — a group of nine people — and even though everything was paid for, they were giving priority to people standing in line and taking their money at the door. They didn’t let us in at all. Basically, they stole our money. Totally unfair and unprofessional.

Guards here think they own the place came here the first time and I had to pay 50 dollars to use the restroom and didn't let me in due to not having a physical ID , But head security approved it and the second time they were saying I can't come in cause I had designer sweats . I bought a ticket for a concert. The Guard would not let me go to my car to drop my purse in the carry since I did not want to carry it and be able to dance, they said they would charge me again just for going outside. They did not let me go out of the site.
