Every Day Is Sunny
This is the second time we’ve had Samar as our server, and he’s just wonderful! He’s so attentive, friendly, and always has a big smile on his face. We came in for the Triple Chocolate Meltdown (which is always a favorite!), but having Samar take care of us made it even better. The service here is always great. Our food comes out quickly, our orders are always right, and even the manager stopped by to check on us. This place really has that cozy, hometown restaurant vibe that makes you want to come back again and again!
I ordered takeout at the same time I ordered my food to eat in at the restaurant. I finished my meal at the restaurant and never received my to-go order. So I asked the waitress where it was since it had been over 30 minutes. She told me it was ready in the kitchen. I waited another 10 minutes and it never arrived. I had to get up and ask again, to which they told me it would take longer. I was late for an appointment and had to leave the place without my to-go order that I had already paid for. Apparently, there is poor communication in the kitchen, very few staff, and above all, very poor handling of situations like this by the staff because they did not have any kind of behavior that would have helped the situation.
I’m not sure if this problem that i had experienced is only in this location of applebees or if its in multiple, but on the ipad thing at the end of your table, its shows games that you can play. NOWHERE ON THE IPAD DID IT SAY I HAD TO PAY MONEY TO PLAY MINI GOLF SO OF COURSE IM GOING TO PLAY IF SINCE I THOUGHT IT WAS FREE. i tried to get it removed from my payment because that is in no shape or form my fault, and the staff failed to do that. THIS FRAUD AND THEFT of money. absurd and unacceptable. i will NEVER go into apple bees again!

It's Applebee's. You already know what to expect. It isn't high-end or fancy. It offers acceptable meals at relatively reasonable prices; best when they have a sale or promotion. The most recent promotion (and current as of writting) is the two dinner one appetizer deal for $25. This a great deal even if the menu choices are extremely limited.
One great surprise was the server. A younger guy named Justin was en pointe. He's personable, had menu knowledge, and did his job as if he were working a Michelin rated restaurant. The highlight of eating there above all else was the server.

I went eat for a late night appetizers and sat at the bar and had the opportunity to be waited on by Arianna the bartender . My boyfriend and I were blown away by How professional and personable she was. I haven’t been to Applebee’s in over 10 years and I will be coming back strictly just because of her!

First time visiting this location. Food was horrible compared to other Applebee's locations I have been to. Steak was poorly seasoned and extremely fatty, most of it went into the napkin as it couldn't be chewed and the entrée side was laughable as to how small it was, we actually left hungry despite the premium prices. Our server was new, she told us we were her first table by herself, and she was very friendly but a little overwhelmed in my opinion. Our table was kind of neglected, no drink refills, our empty plates weren't removed, and getting condiments like salt, pepper and steak sauce was a hassle and took way too long. Needless to say we wont be revisiting this location.
