This was a good bagel! Nice and doughy, soft and fresh. Service was okay, nothing to write home about. The only reason I only gave it four stars is because it does not compare to my favorite bagel but it came very close!

The sign says they are open, and their door was unlocked, but when I entered the restaurant they told me they are not open.
So unprofessional…. I am so disappointed
It’s one of those places that you only go once.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll…. Couldn’t even eat it. Was absolutely terrible the bacon was like hard rubber and very stale and burnt, the eggs tasted like boxed fake eggs, altogether was terrible.

I used to love this place, never a bad bagel on the weekend this review is based on the new staff working the last month.I stopped for 2 dozen bagels, butter and cream cheese. I told Maria, everything, poppy, sesame, plain and some cinnamon raisin. I get 6 stale pumpernickel, garlic poppy, blueberry and some other bagels exactly 24 no bakers dozens. And butter and cream cheese 10.00 a lb. A little extreme. On top of that this rude woman kept stopping my order to take care of other customer's. When I told her I didn't want the pumpernickel bagels, she said despite 1/2 full racks of bagels. She didn't have enough other bagels. Will never go back again. I thought you give the customer what they want, not what you have. 51 dollars wasted. None of those pumpernickel bagel were eaten.

Great food friendly staff blonde hair women believe she Arabic very humble great conversation while waiting for food and food amount of food and price is fair cheaper then places near it
Always freshly made breakfast food items, I always get the beef bacon ? and egg ? sandwich ? on wheat toast...they already know my order the moment I walk in, Bon Appétite has a plethora of bagel flavors too many to name here; Bottom line good breakfast and lunch menu items...
Kid-friendliness: Kid seating ? available and outside dining when weather permits
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily one level access

I drive an hour to work and pass this place all the time. I decided to go grab a bagel. I ordered a french toast bagel. The curly haired dude knows how to butter a bagel! Most places barely put butter on and it just gets soaked up bu the bread but this bagel has so much butter it was Delicious! Also, the muffins are amazing. & The prices are great!
