very rude employees. they literally close the door in my face they were running out at 8:10pm . when i called earlier and i ask a Spanish young lady at what time they close and they told me regular hours 9:30pm . this bubbakoos is located in totowa n.j . very disappointed.
My order was placed online and picked up promptly. Everything was hot and tasted delicious. The two girls working were both very nice.

I lived in Totowa for 20 years the food here has degraded in the last year , they use very hard maybe 3 day old rice for there bowls a meals . I bought 3 different meals they all taste the same . I would go to another location or try another place to eat . They should fire whoever is making the food .Also other location have sauce on the side you can put into cups your self here you can’t . There’s just alot better food options in totowa I don’t recommend this place

The chicken Burrito is amazing but this time I tried the steak and it was disgusting, it tasted like Burger meat from Burger King and that’s not Steak at all. I am very disappointed. Please give us real Steak meat. Besides the steak tasting like mystery meat, everything else is delicious and always very fresh….

This is the worst bubbakoos I have been to/ordered from by far. Without fail, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this restaurant off of door dash they always forget something, give me the complete wrong order or everything is ice cold. The past 2 times I ordered the chips were so stale I couldn’t even chew them. I called the store and they do not care. I have had to call countless times telling them to get my order right before I even place it and they still always get it wrong. I cant even tell you how much money I wasted on this restaurant its awful. Go somewhere else!

Idk who is in charge of prepping the food in there but should NOT be in the kitchen. This is my second time at this location and the food tastes like swap water microwaveable food. The pico was sitting a tub of liquid. I had to ask for some on the side cause it didn’t want my rice and chicken to taste like soup. The tomatoes in the poco were mushy and Un-edible. Then I took a bite into the brown rice that was in the bowl and it was SPOILED! I never wrote a review so quick in my life with pure anger cause I couldn’t believe what the hell I wasted my money on.
