I recently called Deb Pam Bakery to place an order for a cake for my mom’s birthday, and the service was amazing! Marciela was so nice and helpful on the phone, and Karen was absolutely wonderful as well great customer service all around.
The cake tasted incredible and my mom loved it! Thank you so much for making her birthday extra special. I will definitely be ordering again! 🎂✨

Visited this bakery today around 11:10a and I will say this and the owner needs to listen, because this is not cool!! The older lady was on the phone taking an order when we walked in,so we waited and watched and heard her cough all over her hands then proceeds to help us!!No washing her hands no gloves or anything!!! It was only after I said to her “so you’re not gonna wash your hands??!” she proceeds to do so with an attitude as if I coughed in my hands then proceeded to serve her without washing them or bare minimum putting on gloves!!!!Just gross!!!
A piece of string was on the cake. When the lady removed it the decoration came off completely. The word congratulation was smudged on the cake. Was definitely not worth the $80. Had to call several times because the lady would not take my order during morning hours.
Met the owner today, he was extremely nice and welcoming. The desserts were delicious! Will definitely be back!

Terrible! How can you sell old cupcakes on Christmas
We use to buy cakes for all occasions here until they started selling old cakes. The fruit had mold and rotting. This was the case not one time, not two time but three times.
Gave it another chance and was going to call in an order. The lady on the side of the phone was rude and said she recognized my voice. I’ve never ordered or called to order over the phone. Usually walk in. Didn’t get a chance to even tell her what I was going to order.
Done supporting this establishment. Im also a business owner in totowa and love supporting local. But they seem like they don’t care about their store

Absolutely Terrific. Wonderful pastries. Staff is delightful, polite and friendly. Would recommend to all friends and family.
Been LOVING this place since the 1960's! So grateful it's still open and still offering AMAZING cakes and pastries! Thanks for everything! I live far away now in another state but still go way out of my way to come here whenever possible!

I stopped by in the morning to try out I picked up a blueberry pastry and a cheese type of danish . They were both very average nothing special . I do not think they were that fresh maybe a couple days old they were not stale but the taste was off. I wanted to like this place .They have coffee station here. Service was fast and good . I think they should have tables outside so people could eat their pastries with coffee there. It would make it more inviting.
