The drive thru was open and they didnt answer the speaker quickly so all i said was Hello Hello and he answered saying can give me a moment i said okay and he gave me my drink with pee in it because we tasted it and it had foam on top in a Refresher!!!!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and disgusting!

I ordered a capo and asked for very little milk, it was filled with milk to the brim. I asked if it can be remade and all they did was dump half of it out thinking I won’t notice.
I also tried calling to ask but the number online on all platform goes to a non working magic box number. This is the worst experience I had in the new year smh.

This is an awful Dunkin kids run this place went inside today and the girl who was cleaning her headset and typing on the computer didn’t even say hello or look up once I waited but ignored me I shrug my shoulders and left

Don’t go at night. They gave me 4 of one drink I ordered and charged me $30. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take me to drink all these. Very upset. They should repeat the order back to you in the drive-thru.
