Don’t go at night. They gave me 4 of one drink I ordered and charged me $30. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take me to drink all these. Very upset. They should repeat the order back to you in the drive-thru.
Bad and slow service, I spent more than 15 minutes waiting for my order😡😡. I told the person who served me what he was waiting for and he practically ignored me🤬🤬🤬

I go to this location almost every morning and service is always great. The staff is always friendly , smiling and super efficient. This morning as I usually do I went thru the drive thru and there was a young lady taking orders in 20 degree weather (feels like 8 actually with the wind). She was taking orders with a smile , very pleasant but I can tell she was Freezing! To me this is awful on management to have anyone outside in this weather. I understand trying to take orders faster but the line usually moves fast as it is. Instead of having her outside keep her inside helping making the orders. I don’t know if this comes from corporate or management but no one should be outside taking orders in a drive thru in the middle of winter, it’s ridiculous. I rather wait the couple of minutes than see this.
