Asked for a cappuccino blast and the guy had me repeat it like if I was ordering the wrong thing multiple times. I even questioned myself and had to look at the menu again to make sure I wasn’t crazy. When I get the cappuccino blast, it doesn’t have whip cream, cinnamon , caramel, nothing. I asked For a chocolate croissant and you would think I asked for a unicorn. Again, he asked me “chocolate croissant?” With a confused face like if that’s also not a menu item. I said forget it, I’ll take hash browns and waited to see if he wasn’t going to know what those were either. Either train this moron or get better staff. I’ve never had a problem with a Dunkin. Ever. 29 years old and finally came across an idiot

I ordered through ubereats for a reeces shake and they gave me straight chocolate, no straws, and gave me a fork for my ice cream… if you do not have a flavor say something or cancel the order because that was a waste of money.

My English is not perfect but I do 70% or less whatever but these guys here they have to improve their accent. Prices are too high almost $4 for a medium regular coffee it's not the Starbucks.

Manager is an idiot, had trouble with our order and we paid but a receipt didn’t print, so we showed the transaction on the bank statement that said Dunkin’ in store, and the exact time. And he refused to even look or help us and just said the machine didn’t mess up we did.
Do not go here....stood inside waiting to be served for 10 minutes....5 employees doing nothing....all ignored me..( not the first time at this location)do not patronize this business there are at least 4 more better serving dd within a mile

It's easily the worst, Dunkin' around. Long drive thru line always. I've done walk-in mobile orders, and the door would still be locked in the morning. Really needs a good manager to come in and fix the place.
