I had a strange experience here. I made a mobile order and went there to pick it up. There was nothing to pick up. I asked if my order is ready. The store worker asked my name again and again as if he never received my order. So, I assumed my order did not go through. So, I checked out the same order again. As soon as I made the order the store worker gave me my food. Apparently, my order was ready, but he made fun of me. I checked my transaction history and confirmed that I paid twice. So, I asked the worker to cancel my second order. But he told me that I should do that online. Can't the store cancel the order? So, I submitted my complaints to Dunkin. But no response yet. Why do I have to spend so much time to submit a complaints to get several dollars refunded? I'll never go back to that place.
Time to hire English speaking workers, absolutely the worst Dunkin’ in Jersey ,

Terrible service. I order a hot tea with honey over the drive thru cause they have the service and I asked them to put the honey in the tea. The guy at the window told me that because they’re “busy” they can’t put the honey and they were gonna give me the honey on the side. How am I supposed to do that while I’m driving? What’s the drive thru service for?
The service in this place is terrible, they make your coffee badly and apart from giving terrible service they get angry when you complain, they should change workers or managers, I do not recommend it
