It's with a heavy heart. I leave this review as a one star. I haven't been to this location since I moved to South Jersey. Was very excited that I would be at a vendor toy show in the area where I would be able to pick up my favorite sub After spending $29.27 on a large sub and a medium sub couldn't get drinks because all they had was carbonated beverages. They did not have the normal sweet tea or unsweetened tea that they normally have. The containers were empty and we were told no that there was none available. I was extremely disappointed to find that my sandwiches really had no meat on them either. There is an option to order double meat. I would have had to do that at least three times in order to get what used to be on my sandwich The employees were very friendly. Greeted us when we came in. Unfortunately I will never be going back there again because the sandwiches were just totally substandard from what they used to be and I'm talking. I used to be here three times a week because I worked in Willowbrook Mall and Paramus Park so it was no problem for me to get there and it was a good meal for the money. Did not mind paying for a sandwich as long as it was a sandwich. Not two pieces of bread with a slab of cheese, a couple pieces of meat and a lot of barbecue sauce. Definitely not what it used to be. I'm wondering if it's under new ownership for management in the past few years. Like I said, I haven't been here in a while but extremely disappointing. Extremely

I would rather give zero stars! Pathetic to say the least in terms of customer service. “Welcome to firehouse” doesn’t mean anything without good service and proper food. I just feel they don’t give enough meat in the sandwich. They are just fooling us. Most of these reviews positive reviews don’t seem organic based on my experience. Go at your own risk. The manager has no idea about the bill structure. She couldn’t explain me the separate taxation on the bill. Pathetic!

What a rip off! Sandwich was cut horribly uneven, was Barely any meat on my sandwich. Was supposed to get an Italian sandwich and instead I was given a roll with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of salami. Sandwich wasnt warm. And bottle of soda from the cooler wasn't even cold. $40 for 3 shitty sandwiches is a joke! Don't waste your time with this place, save your m I money!

This was my first visit and I ordered online for pickup with a T-Mobile deal - BOGO Hook & Ladder subs. The website does not allow meat substitutions but I did not want ham, only turkey. I was under the assumption I'd get more 🦃 since I excluded the ham. There wasn't much meat on my sandwiches and they did not put mustard on them as I requested. I called the store and explained that there the condiment I asked for was not put on. The woman said she'd check who made my order and call me back but she never did. I would definitely not pay over $9 for the amount of meat on my sandwiches. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

When Ordering my subs here I never have an issue. Always done at the time I chose. I appreciate the service here. I recommend coming here to grab a bite. They won’t disappoint you trust me! The sandwiches are to die for lol.

I recently visited , and it was an absolute treat! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dine-in experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Exactly what you’d expect from a sandwich shop. I love they have the coke machine with a touch screen to mix drinks, big + for me going there.
One gripe is something I’ll never understand…why package a COLD pickle inside and on top of a HOT sandwich? I don’t want a warm pickle and I also don’t want a cold part to my HOT sandwich. Basics…cmon
