I work next door and was on a time crunch plus starving. I came here to grab a small sandwich. I literally watched this man pick up his cell phone and talk on it while making my sandwich, he kept touching his phone and then my bread then phone switching ears while TOUCHING MY FOOD. I had to tell him you are touching your phone then my food its disgusting. He said i know ill change my gloves. Changed gloves after the fact. Completely turned off and i threw out the sandwich. It's with a heavy heart. I leave this review as a one star. I haven't been to this location since I moved to South Jersey. Was very excited that I would be at a vendor toy show in the area where I would be able to pick up my favorite sub After spending $29.27 on a large sub and a medium sub couldn't get drinks because all they had was carbonated beverages. They did not have the normal sweet tea or unsweetened tea that they normally have. The containers were empty and we were told no that there was none available. I was extremely disappointed to find that my sandwiches really had no meat on them either. There is an option to order double meat. I would have had to do that at least three times in order to get what used to be on my sandwich The employees were very friendly. Greeted us when we came in. Unfortunately I will never be going back there again because the sandwiches were just totally substandard from what they used to be and I'm talking. I used to be here three times a week because I worked in Willowbrook Mall and Paramus Park so it was no problem for me to get there and it was a good meal for the money. Did not mind paying for a sandwich as long as it was a sandwich. Not two pieces of bread with a slab of cheese, a couple pieces of meat and a lot of barbecue sauce. Definitely not what it used to be. I'm wondering if it's under new ownership for management in the past few years. Like I said, I haven't been here in a while but extremely disappointing. Extremely

Did not follow any instructions on how I wanted my sandwiches and they were all cold and dry. She didn’t bake any of them. That is what they are known for. I used to come here all the time, but that is over. Never coming back

I would rather give zero stars! Pathetic to say the least in terms of customer service. “Welcome to firehouse” doesn’t mean anything without good service and proper food. I just feel they don’t give enough meat in the sandwich. They are just fooling us. Most of these reviews positive reviews don’t seem organic based on my experience. Go at your own risk. The manager has no idea about the bill structure. She couldn’t explain me the separate taxation on the bill. Pathetic!
