Food was absolutely delicious, hands-down, some of the best in the area. Although the noise level was horrific. It was worse than being in a crowded bar or a club. The space is super small and if they have a large party anything over than four people, the noise gets exponentially worse and you can't even have a normal conversation. I would love to eat there again, but probably will not come back because that was an absolute dealbreaker. But if that doesn't bother you, food and service are incredible.

08/24/25 It's been a while since we stopped in, but we're glad we came back. The Calamari special appetizer was excellent. The Branzino with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe with a lemon caper sauce was good enough and a portion big enough for a nice lunch the next day. I opted for the Seared Ahi with a coucous cold slaw that was done perfectly and very tasty. Still a BYO, Fusion is back on our 'favorites' list.

We have never had a meal/dining experience at Fusion that has been less than superb. The food is outstanding and beautifully presented. Jose always greets customers and makes everyone feel at home even if you have not been there for awhile. We love this place!

Jose and staff made my daughters birthday amazing. The food from apps (calamari and rice balls), entree (butterflies pork chop) to dessert (limoncello cake, tres leche cake) were beyond delicious.

I have gone to Fusion for both Diner & Lunch.. The kitchen is always coming up with new dishes and we love that now they even added non-alcoholic drinks with the option of bringing our own alcohol. I thought that was a great idea!! I will continue to go for the great service & food..

Fusion 27 is a winner in every aspect! The food is delicious, service is top notch, and the ambience is perfect. Their short rib is my favorite! At Fusion 27, there is no hesitation when it comes to adding or deleting ingredients to your selection. The owner is always present to make sure you have a great dining experience.
It was our first time here and I enjoyed it. It was a bit more pricey than I expected-we ordered two appetizers ( fried calamari special and polenta with short rib) and that totaled $43). The red snapper special was delicious, as was the pasta with shrimp special. My husband had the NY Club steak and ordered it medium but it was dry. Service was ok-the waitress was not attentive as she could have been. The others that helped us were outstanding. I would go back.

Wonderful restaurant with eclectic menu and great service. We had the Halibut special and Short rib gnocchi. We started with a salad loaded with fruit and flavor. For dessert, we shared the pound cake drenched in coffee with ice cream. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. BYOB. Reasonable prices and large portions.
