Food was absolutely delicious, hands-down, some of the best in the area. Although the noise level was horrific. It was worse than being in a crowded bar or a club. The space is super small and if they have a large party anything over than four people, the noise gets exponentially worse and you can't even have a normal conversation. I would love to eat there again, but probably will not come back because that was an absolute dealbreaker. But if that doesn't bother...

08/24/25 It's been a while since we stopped in, but we're glad we came back. The Calamari special appetizer was excellent. The Branzino with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe with a lemon caper sauce was good enough and a portion big enough for a nice lunch the next day. I opted for the Seared Ahi with a coucous cold slaw that was done perfectly and very tasty. Still a BYO, Fusion is back on our 'favorites' list.

It is always a pleasure to dine here, the owner Jose is so gracious and friendly! The food was truly amazing and all four of us tried something different! Excellent service from Byron!
