There's a lot to say, but it is not necessary. Professional staff, good menu options, clean facility. First time trying, and I made my own bowl. Staff is very friendly and they take their time with your order in a good way. Portions are amazing, and food tastes delicious. Shoutout to Christian for his superb, professional attitude, and great knife skills

It's my first experience and I was recommended by a relative who lives in the NJ area, I really expected good service but what I received was the opposite, the first thing was the tables many of them were uncleaned, I asked an employee if she could help us with that and she told me that she had to wait because she didn't have much staff, the garbage was at its maximum, I think one of the things in a restaurant is to be able to count on a service in the dining area to avoid this type of inconvenience. Second thing was the bathroom area, in which they stacked the papers on top of the hand dryer but none was changed in the toilet area, the garbage was on the floor and the hand wash had soap on any side I decided to ask about the manager in charge of the place and tell her what happened, but her answer was with attitude and unprofessional answering me "I can't attend her now because I have a lot of people waiting" really this experience was the first and last time I return to this place.

Shrimp Caesar salad was terrible. The shrimp were tough and chewy, imagine chewing a rubber type disc. Asked for light dressing mixed in and it was drowning in the dressing. The "smoothie" taste delicious but it was not a smoothie, it was juice.
