Such a great bagel spot. The bagels are super fresh and taste amazing, with tons of great options to choose from. The spreads are generous and really hit the spot. Service is quick and friendly, and it’s just an all-around solid place to grab a bagel. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area. 🥯👍

The food at Manhattan Bagel was really good — fresh and tasty! The only downside was the service, which could be a bit friendlier and more attentive. Hopefully that improves, because the food definitely makes it worth coming back

We visited for the first time, and honestly, the food was just okay. What really disappointed us was the staff—they were very rude and unwelcoming. We ordered a bagel, expecting it to be toasted, but it came untoasted. Later, we noticed a small note on the side saying to request toasting before ordering. As first-time visitors, how would we know to check the side for such a note? When we politely explained the situation and asked for a change, they did replace it, but their attitude was far from cooperative. Not the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

I really enjoyed the bagels here — they were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I especially appreciated the young man inside who was very accommodating; when I told him I don’t like the ready eggs , he kindly made it the way I preferred.
The reason for the 3 stars is because of the experience I had with the lady taking orders. While I was talking to my husband to decide what to order (since there were so many options), she was speaking to him at the same time about the order, which felt disrespectful as I was still trying to decide. She also did not smile or show any friendliness, and for me, the way staff treat customers really makes a big difference.

I stopped by ordered a to-go bagel with egg, cheese, avocado, and veggie cream cheese on an everything bagel. I was really looking forward to it, and even tipped on the order, but unfortunately, they forgot the avocado that I paid extra for. The store wasn’t busy when I went. Mistakes happen, but attention to detail matters, especially with takeout orders where there's no easy fix after you leave.

I called 15 minutes ahead and the guys want tell me to wait while I see several other people coming in placing orders and their order is getting fixed up and leaving when I already placed my order ahead of time over the phone for pick up

This location is not living up to the company name. I order fresh orange juice and they put Tropicana in a plastic cup! Then I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the bagel was cold and hard and the bacon and egg was so small while the bacon was burnt! Not satisfied because other locations are way better!
