I really enjoyed the bagels here — they were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I especially appreciated the young man inside who was very accommodating; when I told him I don’t like the ready eggs , he kindly made it the way I preferred.
The reason for the 3 stars is because of the experience I had with the lady taking orders. While I was talking to my husband to decide what to order (since there were so many options), she was speaking to him at the same time about the order, which felt disrespectful as I was still trying to decide. She also did not smile or show any friendliness, and for me, the way staff treat customers really makes a big difference.

I stopped by ordered a to-go bagel with egg, cheese, avocado, and veggie cream cheese on an everything bagel. I was really looking forward to it, and even tipped on the order, but unfortunately, they forgot the avocado that I paid extra for. The store wasn’t busy when I went. Mistakes happen, but attention to detail matters, especially with takeout orders where there's no easy fix after you leave.

I called 15 minutes ahead and the guys want tell me to wait while I see several other people coming in placing orders and their order is getting fixed up and leaving when I already placed my order ahead of time over the phone for pick up

This location is not living up to the company name. I order fresh orange juice and they put Tropicana in a plastic cup! Then I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the bagel was cold and hard and the bacon and egg was so small while the bacon was burnt! Not satisfied because other locations are way better!

I’ve been going to Manhattan bagel for 10 years. I really love this place every time I go there. I feel impressed. The food is great super clean. The staff is amazing. They really deserve the business. I definitely recommend anybody looking for relaxing place to eat a good meal.

I was there the other day got two bacon egg and cheese one bagel, whip cream cheese, two orange juices $29. The bagels were so small one piece of cheese the bacon I can’t even tell you about. They were so crumpled up honestly this place sucked and I don’t know how they stay open.

a great breakfast experience. i've become friends with the staff and they still give incredible service. i think no matter if you are acquaintances or strangers, they always give superior service. the staff is great
i was just at this location, and i am a little disappointed. the food is amazing, as usual, however i experienced bad service and i want to talk about it. first, i greeted the cashier, she did not greet me back. didn’t even crack a smile. i was upset, but okay. she could have been having a bad day. then, i ordered the classic bagel with SAUSAGE and i thought everything was fine. that was not the case, however, as when my order was being called out, “BACON, egg, and cheese?” i was confused. i didn’t even believe it was my order, but i was the only customer in the shop. i hesitantly took it, and then asked my friend, “didn’t i ask for sausage?” i brought this up with the cashier, and she kind enough to look over my receipt. she even told me to keep the BACON, egg, and cheese while they made me a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese. i didn’t even have to pay for it, which i am thankful for. so, bad experience, but hey, i got a free bagel so it’s not that bad ☻
