This location is not living up to the company name. I order fresh orange juice and they put Tropicana in a plastic cup! Then I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the bagel was cold and hard and the bacon and egg was so small while the bacon was burnt! Not satisfied because other locations are way better!

I’ve been going to Manhattan bagel for 10 years. I really love this place every time I go there. I feel impressed. The food is great super clean. The staff is amazing. They really deserve the business. I definitely recommend anybody looking for relaxing place to eat a good meal.

I was there the other day got two bacon egg and cheese one bagel, whip cream cheese, two orange juices $29. The bagels were so small one piece of cheese the bacon I can’t even tell you about. They were so crumpled up honestly this place sucked and I don’t know how they stay open.

a great breakfast experience. i've become friends with the staff and they still give incredible service. i think no matter if you are acquaintances or strangers, they always give superior service. the staff is great
i was just at this location, and i am a little disappointed. the food is amazing, as usual, however i experienced bad service and i want to talk about it. first, i greeted the cashier, she did not greet me back. didn’t even crack a smile. i was upset, but okay. she could have been having a bad day. then, i ordered the classic bagel with SAUSAGE and i thought everything was fine. that was not the case, however, as when my order was being called out, “BACON, egg, and cheese?” i was confused. i didn’t even believe it was my order, but i was the only customer in the shop. i hesitantly took it, and then asked my friend, “didn’t i ask for sausage?” i brought this up with the cashier, and she kind enough to look over my receipt. she even told me to keep the BACON, egg, and cheese while they made me a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese. i didn’t even have to pay for it, which i am thankful for. so, bad experience, but hey, i got a free bagel so it’s not that bad ☻

Food and service is usually great. Ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and got pork bacon. Then the guy who made my sandwich (name not know) refused to accept his mistake after I phoned and told him. No one can’t tell me that’s not pork

Came to Manhattan Bagel to have them cater a breakfast for our office meeting of 20 people. They made the recommendation of the bagels, muffins and fruit platter, together w/a box of coffee and orange juice package. They delivered on time and all utensils, plates, napkins, sugars, stirrers were included. Very reasonable price and we had left overs. Thank you so much for making that breakfast such a success!
