The food and presentation were wonderful. Portions were large and the fish we had was cooked perfectly. The sides are excellent. The GF desserts were amazing. Couldn't tell they were GF. Staff very accommodating and professional. Second time eating here.
Again my wife and I were blown away by the preparation and deliciousness of the food. We both ordered the Lamb Shank which were amazing and a top quality cut of meat. The service as usual was amazing. Always a great meal-service and value.
three of the dinners, the broccoli was extremely salty. Mine wasn't because I specifically asked for no salt. I also requested spinach and onions with my meal, but they weren't included. I had asked for cannellini beans with spinach, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil, but instead, I received a dish with a brown sauce & a different type of bean. Additionally, both the appetizers and main courses were brought out almost immediately one after the other, which felt rushed—especially considering the restaurant wasn't busy at all, with only two or three other tables occupied.
Haerd so many good things about Robert's Scratch Kitchen and finally got a chance to try it. Everything was great, the food, the great staff and the entire place!!! It is definitely on the short list and we will be back soon!!!
Always an amazing experience at Robert's! There's a reason why I am a repeat customer.
Good looking place, pleasant atmosphere, easy parking. Bread warm and fresh. Could have offered cheese to mix with olive oil for dipping. Clam appy was very good, stuffed mushrooms just good. 3 of 4 liked their entrees enough to say we would be back. Hostess/server needs some training so as to learn not to interrupt diners. With only a few tables filled, there was no need to rush or interrupt diner's conversation. She was attentive and kept water glasses full - a good sign for potential.
This place was absolutely spectacular from the cleanliness, to the atmosphere, the service and especially the food. It's great to know that this restaurant is majority gluten free. My daughter has celiac and it is hard to find restaurants that offer this variety of food for her. What also topped it off was they offer a variety of gluten free desserts as well which you also do not see very often. My son is very picky and he also loved it. I wish we found this place sooner. We will definitely be going back very often.
I am very surprised how this restaurant has such a good reviews and high ratings…
Our experience unfortunately was very disappointing…
We had a reservation and we were seated right away, but then we were waiting 20 minutes for the waitress to show up to our table.
First she wasn’t friendly and pleasant at all, not
Smiling or checking to our table…the other server was helping us much more and he was very nice.
Our waitress showed us the specials on the tablet and came back after another 10 minutes to take our order.
When I have asked her for the price of the tuna special she wasn’t even sure about the price but she said is between $27 and $30 - I was charged $36…
My husband ordered filet mignon medium to medium-well and came out very well done, dry and with no taste at all.
My Tuna was so salty that was disappointing and does not have any flavor.
We paid $141 for 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes that we didn’t liked at all..To be honest for this kind of dishes and terrible service from the rude waitress I think it’s pretty expensive. You can have much better quality of food, services and ambience for that amount of money.
Our waitress came to our table just 2 times the entire night, to ask how is everything and she was not even waiting for us to give her an answer, she never refill our waters and I asked for lemon that she has never brought to the table.
My husband is a slow eater, but she was rushing him ti take his plate even he said to her he is still working…
Not a pleasant experience, I am very sad that I got fooled by the good reviews.
Not recommended and not coming back!

We went on a Saturday afternoon recently. We didn’t have reservations but were seated. The food was very good. Had a calamari appetizer in an excellent seasoning, I had salmon & my husband had cod. He was given a choice of preparation. He chose blackened. It was good, but not blackened. Traditionally, blackened is “heat”, meaning spices that give it a spicy kick.
I was really looking forward to dessert since this is a scratch kitchen. They had nothing from scratch, the server said everything is very good but not house made. Someone reviewed this restaurant 2 weeks ago saying the homemade desserts were great! With pictures! Not our experience. Where’d the pics come from?
Last comment, be prepared to get nothing not even bread without a charge. That was off putting. We dine out weekly & don’t mind paying for fine food that’s well prepared. But, give people something out of courtesy. They could put 6 olives on a little dish for the table & it would show hospitality.

Overall food was good, the mini meatballs were very good. We wanted to cater Xmas this year I always cook and with Xmas being on the middle of the week I was working Xmas eve. Like I said the food was good but I was expecting better. I would order again or go there for dinner again. My experience with being in the catering business for years and being a chef, making so many batches the taste sometimes gets lost. But definitely an 8 out of 10.

Have heard such good things about this place so we came for my husbands birthday. It was a busy night , very loud with very little ambiance . I got the rice balls because they had been recommended and was disappointed, they literally fell apart as I tried to take a bite . I ordered the pork chop ( vodka sauce ) and the pork chop was nice and tender however it was SMOTHERED in vodka sauce so that’s all I could taste. My daughter had short ribs and everyone at the table seemed to agree they were very good! As the wait staff scurried around to service people three times three different girls slammed into the back of my chair ( not sticking out or in an awkward place ) So all in all very underwhelmed :(

The service was excellent. Our server was so nice. This place is byob so we brought a bottle of wine with us. The bread, yum, of course. The calamari had a particular taste that wasn’t bad, a sweet sesame asian. BUT it needed a sauce. I had a tuna special. It was tasty. My friend had the short rib pasta, not bad. I would come back and try something different on the menu but nothing really wow’d me.

Robert's Scratch is one of our favorite restaurants. The servers and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at home at all times. It's always clean, welcoming and comfortable. The food never disappoints, no matter what you order or if you order from their specials or off the menu. From their appetizers to their dessert and coffee, we always enjoy dinner and continue to come back.
