I know this is a big statement, but I travel a lot to NYC and these bagels are hands down the best I've ever had. I had a rye bagel with cream cheese and let me tell you the texture was on point-- a big pillowy, tender crumb and a perfect crispy exterior.
There were so many options too! I was bummed because there were out of the pumpernickel and sourdough. I ended up bringing a bag of other flavors back to my hubby and kids. The everything bagels were even better and they didn't skimp on the coating. My family and I are all in agreement that it would be worth making a 1.5-hour drive just for these bagels. Yes, they are that good.

Bought 18 bagels, assorted today brought them home. They were flat like a pancake and tasted like cardboard. Too many good bagel places in the area to ever visit there again.

Just left Lox of Bagels without placing an order stood there while employees walked in front of where you place an order to get bagels without any acknowledgement that I was there. Then a person actually answers the phone to take an order to my left again while I was standing there still waiting. I have contemplated leaving negative reviews in the past because I try to give the benefit of the doubt as we all work hard. Howevr I believe and hppe that this review brings something positive. Just acknowledge my presence and tell me I will be taken care of and everything would have been good but when you treat me as the staff did, I wonder why. As you are busy and your business thrives it is because of the people that enter your establishment and each person deserves to be treated as someone you appreciate and understand without the people the business will suffer. All is takes is a hello I am appreciate you and apologize for the delay but we are happy to serve you and provide you with the attention you need I hope you also understand that it may take a little longer.

Came here to try some bagels out, bagel selection was amazing however, one thing that I couldn’t look away from was the lack of cleanliness in the establishment. My friends and I were looking for a place to sit that didn’t have stuff all over it or crumbs or random garbage on the tables. Plus, when you look through the glass to look at the different cream cheese options and meats there is a film of dirt on the glass.
I believe that this establishment could improve in the cleanliness and overall this experience would’ve been 10 out of 10.
So being a business owner its the little things that matter. Places product is pretty good. So why leave the display cases looking terrible. That makes a person not want to eat here. Business is hard as it is so why destroy it on laziness. Simply clean the glass of display cases.

Heading out of nyc to visit family and needed bagels on I-80– this is the perfect stop! My husband and I got whole wheat everything sandwiches with egg and cheese. Everything was fresh and delicious and they had dozens more options for bagel flavors and cream cheeses. Coffee was fresh and delicious too. And the relaxed seating area had plenty of room. Service with a smile. This will be our go to for a quick and tasty meal whenever we take this trip.

Place is spacious and nice inside. Went to order and the girl was not very attentive as she was on her phone. She had to finish doing what she was doing on her phone before starting my order. Had to ask me twice about my simple order, probably because she was distracted on her phone. I ordered a pork roll egg & cheese on a plain bagel. Bagel was cold, didn’t think I’d have to ask for it toasted if it’s supposed to be a warm sandwich. Didn’t taste great either, was falling apart. I ate it there, and so another customer comes in to order a bagel to go. And the worker, with her glove on, reaches in her ear for her AirPod and then touches the bagel. Customer was not happy and voiced herself. Needless to say, i won’t be coming back here. Grab a pork roll egg and cheese from Bob’s Bagels in Lyndhurst. Learn something.
