If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Absolutely atrocious health standards here. Went in for breakfast for my daughter myself and my fiance. Paid almost 15$ for 3 bagels with butter / cream cheese.
Despite putting 1 glove on, woman touched the bagels with her bare hands. Threw 2 in the toaster and the 3rd bagel on top of the dirty toaster to collect whatever debris and dust was up there. Woman took that same glove to wipe down the cutting board to the left of the toaster, despite not using that one. walked away, touched some raw eggs amongst other things by the grill, came back to prepare food. Bagels came out burnt on the inside and over toasted, and were once again touched with a bare hand and the same dirty glove. Tried to charge me twice. Then as I left I refused to eat it or feed my daughter. I just took the 14$ loss. My fiance very hungry before my work shift took a few bites. Said her cream cheese bagel tasted terrible and weird. Now an hour later she’s throwing up sick as a dog in a Target bathroom.
Will never EVER eat here again, the health inspector needs to go and evaluate the practices here.
So to Toshs point below, doesn’t seem like they cared to do anything about the review, or about the health of their customers or cleanliness of the store. 0/1000 review.

I give this place a 3 because the bagels & cream cheeses are good, however.. they need to practice CLEANLINESS. There was a weevil on the plastic wrap cover of the Pumpkin Cream Cheese. We all know weevils are found in mostly grains & flour. So that’s not good. Also the place looks like they rarely wipe the dust & grime off the counters. Someone should stay on top of wiping counters through the day.

I would like to start that I used to love this place (used to be my go to spot). Ever since the new lady started working the register and answering the phone, the experience dropped dramatically and it made me not want to come here anymore. She’s rude to the point where if I’m placing an order on the phone, she would interrupt me to serve other customers, leaving me on the phone, and has a nasty attitude (and it’s happened in person as well!). As a business, you have to make sure you have the right customer service upfront or it will negatively impact your business!

I come to lox of bagels on a regular basis, but today I was shocked that I got charged $1 for a cup of ice because their soda was warm. I didn’t understand that. When I questioned the lady at the register she replied with an attitude “you want a cup of ice it a dollar and that’s it”. Seems a little suspicious when they had the room temperature soda in their fridge.

I ordered a vegetable omelet and this is what was served. I'm still puzzled by what was given to me. It literally looked like scrambled vegetables. And to top it off, they had the door open with no A/C in 90-degree weather. Please do better!

Lacking healthy options. No home made or healthy natural drinks. Just everyday brand names like Snapple. No healthy regular bread options like whole grain. They Had apples and warm spotted bananas.
Not the place to be if you want healthier options.

Was a little disappointed by the woman at the counter. I asked if the bagels had egg in it, to which she responded “I don’t know,” and literally looked at the next person in line to help them rather than continuing my order.
Luckily 2 other male employees redeemed the experience by stepping in and assisting us, informing us with confidence that my daughter with food allergies were safe to have the bagel.
Won’t be coming back.

I've been getting an intense combo here for years, and they always give me great results. TEC SPK with jalopeno cream cheese, hash brown, and grilled onions on a jalopeno cheddar bagel. It's delicious everytime. I don't think their bagels are the best around, but they are good bagels.
The service is always quick as well, everytime I call for my sandwich with extra work, they say 10 minutes or so, and it's always ready for me.

This morning I was looking for a bagel shop nearby and spotted this location — decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I ordered a bagel with two eggs, cheese, poppers, salt, and ketchup. It had great flavor and hit the spot.
One thing I really appreciate is that they open early, which is hard to find sometimes. Perfect for an early breakfast stop.
The location was clean, quiet (no music), and had plenty of space to sit and eat. I didn’t try anything else since I had coffee from home, but I’d definitely come back.

I stopped in for the first time late last week for a bagel on my way to work. The employees were on point with my order and I was in & out quickly. Brittany was so pleasant and helpful and I heard she was just back to work from maternity leave. I will be making a point to stop in again to try an actual breakfast sandwich. The place was clean and orderly.
