This store is unwilling to honor corporate marketing campaign coupons as written.

The coupons that most everybody gets in their mailbox are specifically written with items that aren't included in the special pricing and that is understandable. It understandably spells out exactly what is excluded. What is not acceptable is going to the location and having the manager tell us that he will accept corporate coupons, but with additional restrictions that aren't described on the coupon. Basically, the Mgr is saying that you can use the coupon only if you order from a choice of four or five sandwiches.

With so many Subway stores and a Jersey Mike's directly across the street, there is no reason to go to this location ever again.

Subway corporate made it easy for non-entrepreneurs to create and start a new business. Even with all of the help that corporate offers, these individuals will still find a way to TANK THEIR BUSINESS.

Also, I asked for the contact information for the OPERATOR of the store which they refused, only allowing me to have the contact info of some manager that was not on site.

The woman at the counter had a problem with toasting my bread two times; she’s hindu I think….I think it was the manager not sure but she was having a bad day..I ordered a meatball 12” I asked to toast the bread before, so it can hold the meatball sauce & wont get soggy ,she had a problem with and said want you want frozen meatballs.. never going back.. especially if Im paying 18$ for a sub and a ice tea.. Jersey Mikes across the street all the way.. bye subway

I’m a regular customer at this location, and I recently bought a tuna sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. However, there was no tuna in my sandwich. It’s unacceptable for them to charge me for tuna and not include it in my order.

The most expensive subway I ever visited, I paid 20$ for 2 half(1 chicken & 1 tuna), I buy the same thing every weekend from Passaic with 13 or 14 maximum ( the same order), it was the first and the last,

Sorry I can't lie the manager or the owner seem like a great guy. But this I one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten.I've eaten here before years ago and it was good. But this is a no go.

This is by far the best Subway I’ve ever visited. Anand makes you feel at home. Visiting this Subway restaurant was truly an amazing experience. Please patronize and ask for Anand. He’s is awesome.

So I ordered a turkey sandwich and everything was going well until i asked for extra meat and the Indian lady screamed at me she said I was a dirty n word who was ungrateful and if I wanted extra sausage I’d have to take her son’s In the back and although it was quite the experience she then charged me for pepperoni and stuff I didn’t even order and she overcharged me at $50.

Came in at 10:07pm and everything was out away and got turned down to be served. On google it says they close at 10:30PM. But the manager says it closes at 10pm now. Maybe update the hours on here because I drove an hour to work and gave myself enough time to get subway before my overnight shift.

I ordered a sub for delivery and I received it 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time. I called the store and the lady working at the front, not to be rude, she is Indian and is disrespectful, her tone insinuates a feeling of not wanting to be there or for customer satisfaction. I ended up calling this place and ended up having to walk to get my order. As soon as I picked my order up the driver walked into the building… that says a lot, a costumer receiving walking to get the order that is supposed to be delivered. This food is over priced and you should just go to the jersey sub place right in front of it. Their food is much better and higher quality’s
