I ordered the oreo bagel with Oreo cream cheese. Omg it was the best bagel I EVER had in my life. Service was phenomenal would definitely recommend stopping in. I am definitely going again.

Much better service usually. I asked for lightly toasted and extra cream cheese and they gave it well done with no cheese. Usually their service and food is excellent but not sure how they messed up on a basic bagel today

I've only been here once. I have to try more items on the menu before I give them a more definitive rating. However, my experience was excellent so far. The guy behind the counter was a pleasure to do business with. There is a need for this kind of customer service. His service makes me want to return. The food that I had was limited, but not bad. I will order again see whether stars go up or down, but service is exceptional!!

I’ve been coming here for years and finally I said it’s enough. The older lady that takes orders eight out of 10 times she messes up your order and then jokes about it or makes it seem like it’s your fault. The last final straw was I came in on a Monday and got a couple bagels and a breakfast sandwich on a bagel And the bagel was clearly old and super chewy and hard to bite not to mention one of the owners always has something smart to say specifically the skinny dark haired one.

Been coming here for years and the food and service have always been great. In the last few years when the new owner and staff came, food and service have been good. However in the last month alone I’ve been there about 2/3 times and the tall guy in the from with the glasses has treated me, along with customers in front of me with nothing but arrogance and disrespect. Doesn’t really seem fitting to the rest of the atmosphere.

Love this place never a bad experience and the foods great
Uhmmmm. This place should be ashamed to be called a breakfast spot. Walked in on a Friday, ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Got to my car and was appalled. Not only did it look bad, it tasted like trash. It was my first time visiting this place in the 9 years I've lived nearby and that was definitely my last!

I can’t deny that the bagels are good but these guys have no customer skills. I come they’re almost daily to buy from them. The other day after I got home, I found that they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back and get the right one. I nicely explained to the guy what happened and instead of saying something like gee I’m sorry He responded by saying “we have a lot going on here. It happens “. This was at 6:30 in the morning and there were two other people in the store besides myself. Anyway, I said the least you can do is say that you’re sorry. In a mocking kind of way he said sorry and then gave me the FU comment of “have a nice day”. If civility and courtesy are important to you, I suggest you take your wallet elsewhere as these people don’t deserve your patronage..

The new owners kicked out my 93 year old grandpa because he didn’t order enough. He just comes to drink a cup of coffee to get out of the house. The bagels aren’t made in house any more and aren’t good quality. The owners are incredibly disrespectful and have lost a family’s worth of customers. It’s a shame that after 20 years of coming to Totowa bagels, the new ownership chased out their most loyal customers.

I went here with my cousin for the first time on June 11th 2025 and this bagel shop has exceeded our expectations. The owner is very friendly and asked us questions to get to know us better. The cook is a very funny and chill dude. He recommended the grilled chicken on a bagel for my cousin. I ordered a cheese burger and the cook recommended if I wanted to be spontaneous and try it on a bagel. I did and it was definitely sooo much better. I will be coming back here more often!
