Had to do this, but not for the reason most would think. Only one person in front of me speaking with a young cashier. CLEARLY new, English not her first language. She was doing her best, and asked for help from the only team member there (another young teenager). From the time I entered the line to when I got my mini blizzard, it was over 20 minutes. The two employees did their best to control the line after me and a door dash order, but it's essentially one fully trained person with a newbie.... so almost by herself.
1.) 5 stars to those ladies for doing their best. They were taking orders, answering questions, even noticed when I was still standing there waiting after they handed the third customer after me their ice cream. The blizzard I did get was amazing, and I made sure to go back to tip.
2.) 1 star for management/owner. Shame on you. It's a Saturday. Why would you only have two people - no, an experienced team member running around without support while training. Where was management? Where was a third or fourth employee to support the team?? As a former café manager, I was appalled seeing them drowning while still providing excellent customer service. Where were you? Where were you when they were busting their butts supporting your business?? These ladies deserve a reward for their hard work - and NOT a DQ gift card. Shame on you.

Excellent service and very clean and organized location.
The orders were made perfectly and looked great All the staff were very pleasant as well!
Bad service. The cashier was so rude. I pretty sure her name was hade since she had a golden necklace that said that but more details is that she’s blonde with spider lashes that’s in her late teens or early twenty’s. This lady was so inpatient and couldn’t control her face and attitude. idk if she just has a RBF or is just rude. The one star goes to the ice cream that came out pretty good.
Door dashed blizzards for my family and this is what we received! Unacceptable! Train your employees to be consistent!
They don't waste time, and the quality is perfect.
Quality has gone down significantly. No toppings in blizzards
ice cream is expired.
Terrible DQ and it’s been that way since moving back by the theater. The ice cream is always half melted no matter how busy it is or time of year. It’s comical DQ has signs about the upside down test of its free. There’s no way anything will pass DQ’s upside down quality standard. Moreover, the entire staff is consistently barely trained newbies and there’s no experienced person providing “adult” supervision. I typically go out of my way to drive to DQs in adjacent towns rather than accept melted ice cream.

A very young, rude and unprofessional staff. I can't over emphasize rude. I've been there a dozen times, always order to go. Rarely received the right order.
No adult supervision ever. It's a shame. I live in town and prefer to drive to the Emerson Dairy Queen.
So much better there.

Thank you for your support and generous donation of ice cream and toppings to the Warren Hills Boys Lacrosse Team!!!
My family goes in many Friday nights with 2 other families. We all have young kids, which can get hectic! The people working there are SO nice, always helping the kids first and making every accommodation we need. Great staff!
