Out of all of the Dunkin shops I went this was the best shop. Because when we got to the drive-through, a very nice person with a smile on his face told my uncle about how to use the rewards. Also he gave me a free Dunkin donut hole FOR SCHOOl. This review is about how nice the Service was.
Went in ordered a sausage egg on a croissant, indicated no cheese, they gave me cheese, also ordered a matcha hot tea with almond milk they gave me milk. My insides are having a bad day.
I would give a higher rating but when you order a turkey sausage croissant and a pork sausage croissant and they don't mark which is which and you have to look up on Google how they look just to tell the difference, that's poor service. Do they not understand that they look the same? How can we tell which is which if you don't mark them? Please have some common sense.
