Went in with my coworker for lunch and was excited for the turkey wings. Unfortunately I found a brown curly hair in my yams that turned me off. I tasted the turkey wings and they were raw and I consumed 1 just because I already spent the money and I was sick 2 hours later at work. I will never return. I love supporting black businesses but they need to do better. Especially when it comes to sanitation guidelines.

Ordered 3 items including a Lord's salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, Cucumbers, red onions, veggies, house vinaigrette). I was given a salad with iceberg lettuce, croutons and fake Parmesan cheese. If they didn't have the right salad, they should've left it off (w/ refund) or contacted me. I reached out and asked for a refund. It was denied. Now it's the principle and I'll have to file a dispute with my bank.
We enjoyed the comeback fish sandwich, the truth fish sandwich, collards, yams, and potato salad! My family and I ate so good it was hard to drive back home. Food was definitely made with love that you could throughout every bite. Can't wait to go again soon.

I order the Whiting Fish platter with String Beans and Potato Salad. They never gave me the Potato Salad and the Green Beans were the frozen type and not seasoned. The fish itself is another story ! Overcooked fried fish from the bag at probably Walmart. You ask for Chicken Parts dark meat and they will give you Wingettes ! Terrible ! Bring back the original owner because that great Brother knew business. Oh ! JL Jupiter you lied !
