Leo provided exceptional customer service today. I walked into Little Caesars around 4:10 PM and unfortunately had to wait while the other employees were in the back playing around (Same, Muhan) (guys playing around.)
Leo was the one employee who noticed me, finished making a pizza, and immediately came over to help. He acknowledged that the situation wasn’t right, apologized, and made sure the situation was handled professionally.

Pizza was ready, so I was in and out quick. Very little flavor though. Nice staff.
Pizza was okay. Was very sad when I found out they don’t have thin crust pizza!!

Little Caesars Pizza serves good food, including their popular cheese bread and hot and ready orders. However, some customers have reported issues with the service and atmosphere, citing disrespectful employees and uncomfortable conversations among staff members. Despite this, the restaurant's quick service and decent parking make it a convenient option.
