Time to find a new Chinese food restaurant …The taste is there but the quality and service has changed. We never eat in because it doesn’t feel welcoming and they don’t listen when you order on the phone. My last two orders of bourbon chicken were disappointing. Asked for well done chicken, nope, and where are the vegetables in the vegetable fried rice? There wasn’t any veggies in my last two orders and the egg rolls are shriveled and burnt, like refried from whenever. It gave me a stomach ache.

Asked for sweet and sour shrimp, that comes with rice. They gave me reg fried shrimp. Reg fried shrimp cost 7.99 and I paid 10.xx for it. They will get u for ur money!

What a rude restaurant. I have been a customer for 10 years even though I have had a bad experience with Mrs Chong being really rude at one occasion. Now the son has learned from the rude mother, was super rude to me over a mistake on their part on my order and wanted me to pay extra to correct their mistake. That was the last time I will ever buy from them. Just because we are minorities does not mean we should accept this rude treatment.

Ordered for delivery, I didn't receive any utensils or sauces. The wings didn't taste good and the fried rice was very mushy. It's edible but I didn't like it.
