POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOOD ORDERED FOR DELIVERY AND THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO COME PICK IT UP 25 MINUTES AWAY. NO ONE TOLD ME THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO MY AREA. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT REFUND ME. THE NEXT DAY I DROVE 25 MINUTES TO PICK UP THE ORDER MYSELF. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY PROMISED ME FREE PIZZA AND DID NOT DO THAT. HORRIBLE.
Where to start? When hired to work on October of 2014, I did not receive any training on how to properly go about my duties as a delivery driver for this store that I was working at for about six months. I was almost fired shortly after being hired for not being able to pick the job up.
