I went today at 10:30 am March 25th 2026 so the chicken wasn’t ready , and I saw this guy walking thru the kitchen with sandles with no sucks and I told the register that tell that guy to put shoes on because your guys serving food from that kitchen and the lady told me that he wasn’t working , but i told her that he’s walking thru the kitchen with Sandles and she reply again the he wasn’t working today , but why he’s in the kitchen with sandles with no sucks and she gave me an attitude, so your guys tell me that I’m wrong ?

I ordered the family size meal plus extras my order came to a total off 107.42 when I got to the store to pick my order up they give it to someone else. So I had to wait long because now they have to make my food over.so because they gave someone else my order the employee was very rude and nasty! Told me I was lying and everything! I was so pissed off I got my food and left. When I get home I check my bags they messed my order up again!! I will spend my money elsewhere!

If you go after dinner time they love to close the lobby before 8:30 and typically hand out stale food. Place a mobile order online and waiting 15 minutes in drive thru when there should have been enough staff scheduled on a Thursday night (2/12/26) to keep the lobby open… you don’t gain business this way, and I already go out of my way to avoid this location, even though I live right off Liberty St…how do you keep customers?

I went through drive thru asked for chicken when I got to window I asked for chicken to be spicy because women on intercom didn’t ask me which I wanted she gave me a hard time and didn’t give me spicy just gave me two hot sauces instead .
The owner is very cheap and greedy , in other Popeyes , I ask for extra gravy since they don’t add enough in the order of regular smash potatoes, regular side is like $4 . This is more like a last resort Popeyes . The nottingham store is better

There was 1 young man called Sami .. basically doing drive thru and register all at once... 5 stars .. I hope you give that young man alot of respect for doing all that he did... such a sweet person.. need more workers though he shouldn't be doing it all himself
