This place big time sucks whoever they got working there. Went there 3 times in one night to get an order fixed and each time I went as I was leaving something else was missing. First time half the order was not there second time missing the mashed potatoes third time missing the coleslaw after that I was over it.

The food is good. However on the app they are always showing up as closed you have to get it delivered which is an extra fee or go pick it up. When you pick it up the service is good but the reason why I order online is because there's discount! Other than that I recommend

So of course I'm not at all impressed with the service. I ordered a 3 piece tender for my husband and a two piece chicken with a side for myself. I asked for Blackened Ranch sauce for my husband's tenders and had to pay $.80 for each one but here's the icing on the cake after being charged the heavyset black guy never even gave me the dam sauce????then to top it off I asked for more butter on my biscuit because it was sandpaper dry and this guy told me there was butter already on it ??? like where when this biscuit is about as dry as the Sahara Desert????he doesn't need to be a manager at all.
They get you to pay and ask you to pull up or into a parking spot to wait for your food, it then takes 20-25 minutes. Not to mention each customer in front of you will take 5 minutes or so so on average you've already waited 10-15 by the time you've paid. Icing on the cake I got a 5 piece tender meal I get home and there is 4 pieces. The manager is a fat slob that thinks people couldn't possibly be as intelligent as he thinks he is.

Based upon current tv advertising, I wanted to try some of the latest specials.No patrons, just someone picking up a delivery order.1 restroom out of order, the under in bad condition.I decided eating from here would not be a wise decision.
