I've tried several mexican restaurants in the trenton area over the last couple of years and I've come to the conclusion that trenton is a local gem of sorts for authentic mexican cuisine. Small spot with friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. Prices have increased and they have a sign at the counter notifying customers of such. While the food was good, the portion balance felt a little off for the cost. The protein and overall ingredient volume seemed lighter than expected compared to the current pricing.

Solid chicken tacos. Fair portions. The platter has 2 tacos with rice and beans. The tacos are a serving of 3.
I think, in terms of Trenton tacos, these are a solid choice.
I do wonder if 14.99 for a platter or serving or 3 is starting to push the us to the limits.
