Sunset Seafood of Tuckerton

Had a lovely meal and the restaurant is in a beautiful setting. Very nice menu. Most of the food was really good and delicious and lots of menu variety. The one thing that is odd is it's a seafood restaurant and you’d expect good lobster. My husband ordered one and It was very small and seemed like it was previously cooked and frozen. It was probably the worst lobster either of us ever tasted. Also, it was an extremely busy and noisy and we did not expect that at 5:30. We probably should've said something about the lobster but the wait staff was very busy. I would come back and give them another try if I was in the area, but I would definitely verify that the lobsters are fresh before ordering one.

Food was just ok. Mussels had sand, other dishes didn't taste as fresh as we would like. No beer or alcohol was a bummer.

A special occasion for us. Worst experience ever Sat night. We arrived 15 early for a 6:30 reservation. They asked us to wait, NP. Yet another couple arrived 10 minutes after us, reservation same time slot & were seated immediately. When questioned we were told they made their reservation a few weeks prior to us. REALLY?? When demonstrating being upset Mia came & asked to b quiet & were offered a table offf to a corner. A window table had been requested. Finally this tiny table for 2 was provided. Our wine couldn't be kept chilled since no room for bucket to keep it chilled. Same waitress had to request permission to allow us to get apps bf ordering dinner. Noise level was incredibly high & app of calamari
was undercooked we just paid for appetizers & left. Located a nice place to celebrate in AC. We have dined in fine restaurants in the area for years. Never return here & would not recommend to anyone

The food was excellent! I had the lobster roll dinner with 2 lobster rolls and fries.
Bf had crab cake sandwich with onion rings. He said it was the best crab cake he ever had. Views were specular I felt like I was on vacation. Server was extremely friendly and made the experience very memorable. Definitely will be back!

We found this seafood restaurant last minute and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was in need of revamping. We had clams just delicious, then had their salmon to
die for hot, fresh, served with fresh spinach saute. Great flavor was a great experience. The views were awesome right on the water .we will be back .nice job done by all .

Nice by the water in Tuckerton. But not much food for the money and it is a little pricey .

Highly recommend Shrimp Parmigiana with a Vodka Sauce!! It is absolutely delicious. My husband’s favorite is the Lobster Fra Diavolo (lobster, clams, and mussels) over homemade Fettuccine.

The food was amazing! Kim was our waitress and was very nice professional! My wife and I loved her! Great first experience even with a windy rain storm passing through the staff remained calm and I made sure that every turtle will cross the road safely! We had a great meal. Food was outstanding and service was very good. Great views of the bay from this second story restaurant. My wife had the scallop special and I had the halibut special, both were excellent. The scallops were seared perfectly. The New England clam chowder was also very good. Dessert was key lime pie and lemon mascarpone cake. Both were delicious.

Went here for dinner last weekend and got clams appetizer to start and the special which was a spinach ravioli with brandy sauce and scallops. It was AMAZING - highly recommend! Also great views on the water & love the complimentary bread and infused olive oil to dip!
