Clams locally harvested by their own team here in LEHT. Everything is 100% the Freshest (same day). Parson's deals directly with another seafood supplier in Florida, where the sweetest shrimp is trucked up multiple times a week and these local clams fill the same truck on the return trip. Everything offered made is done in house and we LOVE IT !
A landmark in Tuckerton for many decades, this is the place to go for really fresh fish and seafood. The clams and mussels were probably harvested from local waters the day you purchased them. There isn't a tremendous amount of variety if you are comparing it to Citarella's on the Upper West Side of Manhattan but what's for sale that day is usually super fresh.
