They are pretty fast for having a packed store and when the lines are out the door! The staff is kind and well-intentioned, even in mad rushes, and most of them are teens. The staff is mostly teens and they are impressive with their ability to run it as uniformly as they do. The store has a huge parking lot, is very kid-friendly, and is easy to get in for wheelchair accessibility. The staff is helpful picking flavors and showing the ropes of ordering. The cookies of the week are a hit, especially with teens. Despite some drawbacks like limited standing space and a confusing pick-up station, Crumbl's cookies and concept are well-loved by many customers.
