Overall, the quality of the Tom Yum and Tom Kha was really good, especially the Tom Yum. I also ordered the Roti with peanut sauce. Unfortunately, the packaging was not so good as the top of the sauce cup melted and exploded. So when the Roti arrived in a plastic container, the sauce cup was placed on top of the actual roti inside . However, the melted top stuck to the top of container and the sauce spilled all over inside of the packaging. Moreover, as I began to eat the roti...
The food was super hot (temperature wise) and well seasoned, spice levels on point (but can request + - spice) The prices are really reasonable when picking up. Definitely recommend. Super nice service and quick food. We should be patronizing restaurants like these, independently owned by hard working people. Will definitely add this to my list of regular places to eat at/takeout.
The noddles are exquisite as always, Carlos always with his laughter and his announcer's voice. Excellent jobs for everyone.
