I really enjoyed the Salmon Poke bowl and Edamame and then I went back for their Spicy Salmon Rice Crackers and Salmon Avocado Roll the next day! Their staff is so kind and attentive. Great way to end an evening with sushi at one of their tables outside.

We ordered two Salmon Poke Bowls, they were delicious! The salmon was super fresh, savory, sweet and marinated just right, the toppings (avocado, salmon eggs, mango, cucumber, and seaweed) crispy and plentiful, and the spicy mayo added the perfect kick.

What really surprised me was the small miso soup on the side with tofu was flavorful, and a great starter before the main bowl. We also ordered the salmon skin scallion and crab roll, both were much better than...

I enjoyed my dinner at Hudson Sushi while I was in town visiting in-laws. I will definitely be back whenever I am in town! The rolls were hearty and fresh, the mochi was a delicious sweet treat at the end, and the kimchi was spot on. The staff was incredibly friendly and the overall environment was inviting and welcoming. I had the James Roll and the Rainbow Roll and they were fantastic.
