I visited Juani Gloria with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered a cake and, noticing that the cakes for $5 were quite small, I politely asked the staff member if I could get the biggest one available. To my surprise, instead of a helpful response, I was snapped at with an attitude, told that all the cakes were the same size, and that there was no difference between them.
It’s frustrating to be treated this way, especially when you're simply trying to make sure you're getting your money’s worth. The cakes are overpriced for their size, and the service was far from friendly. I expected a lot more for the price and from a business with a reputation like this. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The cakes are ridiculously overpriced for their tiny size, and the service was unprofessional and downright rude. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place if they value decent service or a fair price.

I hate this place I order avocado salad For 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber ,1/5 avocado and lettuce There is no flavor ( like no salt it’s literally plain ) no dressing I had to pay 7 dollars for that one I’m never going back to this place

Been going here for 10+ years and I’m disgusted never going back. I ordered the Pollo asado and got barbecue chicken instead, which is absolutely awful, I ordered the pernil and it was dry and tasted days old, I also ordered maduros which I had to send back because it was old and slimy. We waited about 40 minutes to get our dish, which was a part of the daily specials And then a guy walks in and orders. The same thing I got and received his food in the matter of five minutes. Also, don’t be surprised when you go because the menu prices are blacked out with a sharpie marker which I found hilarious. SCAM + disgusting.

I ordered a sandwich which should be done in about 20 mins, I had to wait 45 minutes. All the waitresses are just standing around not doing anything and do not acknowledge you when you walk in. The music is so high that you cannot hear anything that is being said.
