I have tried their chivo guisado, yuca encebollada, and their carne de res a la parrilla, and absolutely loved it. The food is delicious and their prices affordable. Highly recommend. Will come back for sure.
I want to get the bad out of the way first. I do feel the prices are a bit on the expensive side by a few bucks, especially for a local restaurant. They charge NYC prices. They should also make sure the menu prices match what they charge. I was going to take a star away for the price but what I write next will explain why I didn't.The food here is absolutely delicious. Very good Dominican restaurant. Excellent quality dominicana dishes and superb service. The local is small, but with a nice atmosphere. The "mondongo" was awesome and, in my opinion, the best I had eaten in the area. Prices are a bit high for this type of establishment, but the quality of the food compensates any difference and I think it is worth it.
