Something sketchy going down with the drive through here..they tell you to drive to the next window then make you reverse so you can't see what they are doing. No reason given. They sorta shouted something about a sensor but just pointed at what was clearly a light bulb. It was quiet but I waited over 15 mins for two straightforward meals to be assembled. I stayed quiet cos I just wanted dinner with no saliva so I assume everyone gets this service regardless. Also food was not very hot and pepsi was too syrupy to finish.

I’ll never be back here again. I ordered my food 30 mins in advance and they had me waiting outside for an additional 35 minutes. Called customer service and of course they wouldn’t cancel the order for me. Worst service ever.

The place never has your food ready EVER, if you do a mobile order. You'll get your food faster if you actually order it at the counter. I've placed multiple mobile orders at this location, at various times, and they are NEVER ready. It's one of the few in the area, but I honestly am not sure why I keep going back.

I have a pickup order and they did not prepare the food after one hour. I waited at the restaurant for an hour and asked multiple people for multiple times. No body know what's going on and nobody have any explanation, including the manager. Many people came after me and got their food, when I am still waiting. When I require an explanation, the manager just split "I dont know" and walked away. This is the worst experience and it is totally un acceptable.

Quality of food is reduced like anything, earlier (1 year before) I am foodie for KFC but now changed to popayes due to quality change.
They didn’t have my items in stock and refused to cancel the order on ubereats. Had to go through support to have it cancelled. Shady operation obviously going on over there.

This particular KFC had a perfect and fresh tasting big box 5 tenders meal. Tenders were juicy, mac n cheese was perfect cheesey and salty, fries were crispy, but I would not recommend the biscuits. To my taste were soft bread like and not flaky/buttery.

Everytime i come here and use the drive through it Cracks me up how the girl at the drive window sticks out her hand and tells you to stop before arriving to the window... I guess it's to keep the timer from starting? Don't know but
